I was very disappointed that the two mugs I ordered did not match (not same stamp on bottom). In addition, the quality of the print was very poor and the ANTA name barely legible. This was purchased as a gift, so I felt this was not ideal. Contacted customer service and, while they offered a refund if I returned at my own expense, they would not accept that these were seconds quality, even though they are a premium product at a very high price! Disappointed by ANTA and its customer service.
