These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ANTA Loyalty membership and outline the benefits and obligations associated with membership. By using the ANTA Loyalty Membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. General
1.1. The ANTA Loyalty Membership is issued by ANTA Scotland Ltd, which reserves the right to withdraw the Membership or amend these terms at any time.
1.2. The Loyalty Membership is available exclusively to customers who apply online or in Fearn or Edinburgh shops.
1.3. ANTA Scotland Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where it reasonably believes the scheme is being misused or abused. The Loyalty Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
1.4. One membership per person
1.5. Membership is valid until terminated by ANTA or the member.
1.6. Membership discounts will be applied at the till by the shop staff once your account has been linked, online the member must be signed in for the discount to apply automatically.

2. Benefits
2.1. Loyalty Members are entitled to a 10% discount on their entire order including items that are already on sale or subject to a promotional offer.
2.2 The Loyalty Membership discount is available for online and in store purchases.
2.3 The Loyalty Membership discount is not valid on services such as carpet fitting and curtain making, or on vouchers.
2.4. ANTA Scotland Ltd reserves the right to change or remove benefits from the scheme.

3. Amendments
3.1. ANTA Scotland Ltd reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time with reasonable prior notice.
3.2. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated through our website and in-store. It is the member's responsibility to keep themselves informed of any such changes.

4. Data Protection
4.1. ANTA Scotland Ltd complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4.2. Personal data collected for the purposes of the Loyalty Membership scheme will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. ANTA Scotland Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a failure or delay by the member in notifying us of changes to their personal details.
5.2. ANTA Scotland Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the Loyalty Membership or cancel the scheme at any time, with no liability to the member.
