Delivery Method

We use Parcel Force and Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. International orders will be delivered by DHL.

Shipping timescales are applicable on orders placed before 2pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT/BST) on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Please note that during Christmas and sale periods there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of orders. If for any reason we anticipate a delay beyond our delivery times someone from our Customer Service team will get in touch with you. 

Where possible we endeavour to send all of your order together however multiple items may be delivered separately. You will only be charged one delivery charge per order.

Sales Taxes & Duties

Orders shipping to EU countries are now billed local sales tax at checkout – so you won’t be charged any additional fees upon on delivery.

Country-specific pricing will be applied once you’ve entered a shipping location, and will be displayed as VAT on both the cart and checkout pages.

Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of the UK or the European Union, it is subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

For this reason, no VAT (value added tax) is added to orders shipping outside of the UK and the EU.

If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware that they may be responsible for these.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from ANTA, you are considered to be the ‘Importer of Record’ and as a result you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.


Should you wish to return an item that has been purchased from us, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the goods to ANTA, Fearn, Tain, Ross-shire, IV20 1XW within 3 weeks of delivery.

To allow us to process your exchange or refund please include the original packing slip or a copy of your order.  If you do not have either of these items please include your name and order number. We will only refund by the original method of payment, please allow up to 10 days for this to be processed. Postage and Packaging costs are non-refundable unless an item is faulty.

We are unable to exchange or return any or the following items - fabric and carpet by the meter, curtains, fitted carpet, bespoke rugs, vintage ANTA stoneware, furniture and any other special order.

Items will be exchanged or refunded providing that you have not used the item and it is in the same condition as when you first bought it. We will not be held responsible for any goods damaged whilst being returned, we recommend that any items being returned are done so in the original packaging to avoid such damage.

Change or Cancel an Order

Unfortunately in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. To add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

To change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Care team on +44 (0) 1862 832 477. Please note that this may not be possible depending on the status of the order and if your order has already been dispatched or delivered then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure outlined above.

We may cancel an order at any time before delivery.

Reporting Damaged Goods

If upon receipt, you find that your product is damaged, please notify us immediately to initiate a resolution process. Contact us at hello@anta.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 1862 832 477. To help us assess the damage and expedite your claim, please attach a clear image of the damage in your email. Prompt reporting is crucial and we ask that you reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Insurance & Lost Goods

All ANTA goods remain the property of ANTA until payment has been received in full. We shall remain responsible for the goods until they have been delivered or collected after this all goods cease to be the responsibility of ANTA.

If for any reason your items do not arrive in perfect condition or are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on delivery, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of placing your order.

Cut Fabric

Please check the entire roll prior to cutting - we cannot accept responsibility for any issues that are noticed once the fabric has been cut. If you require any advice prior to cutting fabric, please contact us.
