• 16 prawn tails
  • zest and juice of 4 limes
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled andcrushed
  • 2 red chillies, chopped
  • 3cm ginger, scraped chopped andbruised
  • 100g unsalted butter, cut into smallpieces
  • 4 extra limes
  • a handful of chopped parsley (to serve)

Preheat oven to 200°C / Gas 6.

Arrange prawns into an ANTA BakingDish and marinade with the remaining ingredients for 20 minutes.

Place the dish in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.

Serve immediately with quartered limes and parsley
