- 100g butter
- 75g soft brown sugar
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 175g self raising flour
- 100g dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp milk
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C/ Gas 4
- Grease x 2 baking trays
- Cream butter and sugar until light.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Place a teaspoonful on prepared tray
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
