• 100g butter
  • 75g soft brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 175g self raising flour
  • 100g dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp milk


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C/ Gas 4
  2. Grease x 2 baking trays
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light. 
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Place a teaspoonful on prepared tray
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes
