- 400g frozen summer berries
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 70g honey
- 2 tbsp warm water
- Put all the ingredients apart from the water into a blender and at maximum speed blend together. If needed, loosen the sorbet with the warm water.
- Transfer the sorbet into a freezer proof container, cover and put into the freezer. Serve in ANTA small bowls.
