• 400g frozen summer berries
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 70g honey
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  1. Put all the ingredients apart from the water into a blender and at maximum speed blend together. If needed, loosen the sorbet with the warm water. 


  1. Transfer the sorbet into a freezer proof container, cover and put into the freezer. Serve in ANTA small bowls.
