
Sticky Sausages

A simple summer favourite. Just as the school holidays begin. These sausages are quick, crowd-pleasing, and perfect for easy outdoor meals. The marmalade gives a glossy, sweet glaze that’s hard to resist.
SERVES 6
INGREDIENTS
12 pork sausages
3 tbsp marmalade
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 200°C (Gas 6).
Place sausages in an ANTA Baking Dish and roast for 20 minutes, turning occasionally so they colour evenly.
Spoon the marmalade over the sausages, turning to coat them well. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes, or until golden, sticky and bubbling.
Serve warm in our small mugs — just the right size for little hands.
