• 8 parsnips
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper 

1. Preheat oven to 190°C, gas mark 5. 

2. Roughly chop the parsnips and place in an ANTA Baking Dish, mix the maple syrup and mustard and coat thoroughly.  Drizzle with olive oil and season. 

3. Roast for 45 minutes until tender and golden brown.

4. Serve straight from the oven in your ANTA Baking Dish.
