• 250g  butter
  • 500g  caster sugar
  • 100g  gluten free self-raising flour
  • 100g  cocoa
  • 4 eggs – beaten

  1. Preheat oven 140C fan / gas 3. Grease and line ANTA baking dish
  2. Melt butter and sugar over a low heat – allow to cool a little. Sit in flour and cocoa and gradually beat in the eggs.
  3. Pour into prepared ANTA baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool in the baking dish then divide into 12 – 15 slices.
