• 150g crab meat
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  • Fresh coriander
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Olive oil
  • White farmhouse bread

1. Toast the sliced farmhouse bread and set aside to cool.

2. In a bowl, combine the crab meat, lime zest, drizzle of olive oil, salt and chilliflakes mixing using a fork.

3. Add the crab mixture to each toast, squeeze a little lime juice over and finish with a crack of salt.
