- 4 eggs
- 2 slices of bacon
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Preheat your oven to 220ºC. Grease the inside of each ANTA small mug with butter.
- Chop the bacon into slices and fry off in a heave based pan.
- Crack one egg into each mug and top with bacon, tomato and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve warm with chopped parsley to garnish. Take care as the handles will be hot!
