• 4 eggs
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 6 cherry tomatoes 
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Preheat your oven to 220ºC. Grease the inside of each ANTA small mug with butter. 
  2. Chop the bacon into slices and fry off in a heave based pan. 
  3. Crack one egg into each mug and top with bacon, tomato and season with salt and pepper. 
  4. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve warm with chopped parsley to garnish. Take care as the handles will be hot!
