Carpet Rugs

• We work to a quarterly seasonal edit. As a trade customer you will be notified of the Collection one month before our retail customers which gives you time to order in time. All three standard sizes of carpet rug will be kept in stock in a collection of 8-12 carpet designs. Should you make an order, delivery will be 2 weeks from payment. 
• At the end of season, we will be discounting the previous season up to 30% off.
• Trade customers will have the freedom to discount as well but you will not receive an extra discount.
• If the products are in immaculate ‘as new’ condition and purchased in previous quarter we will take them back and credit with new collection items. These will be sent at the stockists expense.
• We can make bespoke rugs and standard size out with the current collection at any time of year in any design. There is a 6 week delivery time.

Carpet Bags + Little Shoppers + Log Bags

• We work to a quarterly seasonal edit which is different from carpet rugs. As a trade customer you will be notified of the Collection one month before our retail customers which gives you time to order in time. Carpet Bags and Little Shoppers only will be available for Trade Customers, they kept in stock in a collection of 8-12 carpet designs. Should you make an order, delivery will be 2 weeks from payment. 
• At the end of season, we will be discounting the previous season up to 30% off.

• If the products are in immaculate ‘as new’ condition and purchased in previous quarter we will take them back and credit with new collection items. These will be sent at the stockists expense.
• We can make any non collection bags as a special order, minimum £1000. Split across any design and shape.

• We will be discounting candles twice a year at our Christmas and Summer Sales.
• The only other time any candles will be discounted will be when the items are limited edition and not available to Trade Customers.
• We can make any candles for you at any time of year. Order minimum £1000, split across any design or shape.

• We will only ever discount small lamps at up to 30%.
• We have an annual collection of lampshades.
• At the end of season, we will be discounting up to 30% off.
• We cannot accept lampshade collection swaps at any time.
