4 x long peppers
6 x garlic cloves
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Sea salt
Pepper
Olive oil

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the peppers long ways and remove the seeds and add to an ANTA Baking Dish. Add the whole garlic cloves with skin on, sprinkle with chilli flakes and drizzle with a good helping of olive oil.
2. Sprinkle with sea salt and roast in the oven for 25 minutes until caramelised and the peppers completely cooked. Serve straight from the dish.
