Orders placed in the UK and Europe aim to be dispatched within 7-10 working days and 10 days for international orders.
Click & Collect items aim to be dispatched to your store of choice within 7-10 working days of placing the order, an email will be send to you once the order has arrived into store.

Available 7 days a week from all ANTA stores in Fearn and Edinburgh you can now shop online and pick up your order in store free of charge.
We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 working days.
Upon collection proof of purchase and a valid ID will be required.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Shipping times are applicable on orders placed before 2pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT/BST) on Fridays will be despatched the following Monday.
Please note that during Christmas and sale periods there may be some delay in the dispatch of orders. If for any reason we anticipate a delay beyond our delivery times someone from our Customer Service team will get in touch with you.
Delivery is carried out by our approved couriers – Parcel Force, DHL and FedEx.
For larger, heavier items that require a 2-person delivery service, you will be contacted directly by the courier to organise a suitable day and time.
Where possible we endeavour to send all of your order together however multiple items may be delivered separately. You will only be charged one delivery charge per order.
We are sorry that we do not deliver to PO Boxes however we do deliver to BFPO’s (British Forces Posted Overseas). For more information on weight limitations, please visit the BFPO website at www.bfpo.mod.uk

DOES ANTA SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We are happy to deliver your goods to a location that is different to your billing address. All you need to do is select ‘Deliver to different address’ during the checkout process and enter the alternate delivery address you require.
SALES TAXES & DUTIES
When ordering goods from ANTA for delivery outside the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import duties, which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional taxes, fees or levies are according to local legislation. Unfortunately we have no control over these and are unable to advise on the charges that are applicable. Customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing their order.
If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware that they may be responsible for these.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from ANTA, you are considered to be the ‘Importer of Record’ and as a result you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.
INSURANCE & LOST GOODS
All ANTA goods remain the property of ANTA until payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered or collected. We shall remain responsible for the goods until they have been delivered or collected. We ensure all items are insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer.
Once delivered or collected they cease to be the responsibility of ANTA.
If for any reason your items do not arrive in perfect condition or are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on delivery, please contact our Customer Service team within 28 days of placing your order.
SELECTING A SITE
To ensure you are provided with the correct pricing, currency, shipping costs and sales taxes and duties for your country, make sure that you are shopping on the correct ANTA site. You can change this be clicking on the country name on the top left hand corner of the website.
Your country and site selection is determined by the country that is listed in your billing details. To avoid unnecessary delays with your order, please ensure to select the correct site before proceeding to the checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal as payment methods on our website.
All orders placed on the ANTA website undergo security checking to ensure that the payment card is being used by the authorised cardholder. It is also done to prevent online fraud occurring. Please ensure that the Billing Address entered during the checkout process is the address where the payment card you use is registered.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We try at all times to please our customers and want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 14 days and return the goods to ANTA Scotland Ltd. Fearn, Tain, Ross-shire, IV20 1XW.
We’ll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order with a proof of purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.
Under Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt of goods. This includes any delivery charges but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. We will not be held responsible for any goods damaged whilst being returned to us that have not been packaged by our dispatch team. We recommend that any items needing to be returned be done so in the original packaging to avoid such damage.
Unfortunately, post and package costs are non-refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please send the parcel via a signed for service. Please return proof of postage. Please check carefully before returning an item.
Please check the entire roll prior to cutting - we cannot accept responsibility for any issues that are noticed once the fabric has been cut. If you require any advice prior to cutting fabric, please contact us.
CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
Unfortunately in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it.
To add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure outlined above.
