SALES ASSISTANT- EDINBURGH

We are looking for talented individuals who share our passion to join our Sales Team. As a Sales Advisor with ANTA you will be the essential link between our products and our customers.

ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Reports to: Company Accountant, Operations Manager

Based at: Fearn, Tain

Job purpose:

To become part of the accounts/administration team based at the company head office providing support in delivering accurate and timeous information to the senior management and company directors. 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Check the end of day reports for all stores and enter data onto exchequer daily.
  2. Reconcile sundry cash, card and bank clearing accounts on a daily basis.
  3. Reconcile petty cash accounts and enter all expenditure details monthly.
  4. Process purchase ledger transactions from order through to payment.
  5. Check and post daily sales invoices and receipts raised by all sales staff.
  6. Deposit Fearn cheque and cash receipts as required.
  7. Collect receipts for credit cards from cardholders and match to the statement on a monthly basis before passing to accounts supervisor for processing.
  8. Manage the company switchboard, diverting calls as applicable.
  9. Open the mail and distribute daily as appropriate.
  10. Assist with various other projects as required.

Prior book-keeping experience is crucial for this role.  Full and part-time applicants will be considered.
