INTERIOR SALES SUPERVISOR - CROY, INVERNESS

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to head up our Brand new venture in Croy, Inverness.  Sales and interior design experience are essential for this role. You will be required to be self motivating and target driven.

EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER - FEARN

As a Sales Manager, you will inspire and coach your team to deliver the ANTA customer and brand vision. This is a true leadership role and you will thrive on driving the business and nurturing an engaged, high performing team.  Your understanding of the company values and ethos alongside commercial awareness will enable you to drive and grow the sales of the business.

 

  • A strategic and commercially aware leader
  • Ability to increase sales and profitability within a multi-site/multi-channel operation
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Team player who can get the best out of others
  • Experience at managerial level working within a retail/commercial or similarly fast paced environment
  • A collaborative and consultative approach
  • Able to analyse and interpret a variety of commercial information and apply a profitable mind-set. Continuously thinking of ways to drive sales, manage costs and add value
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential in order to effectively feed back to Head Office colleagues, senior stakeholders and store teams
  • High attention to detail, as well as a visual eye is required to deliver the expected shop floor and backstage standards.
  • Strong commerical accumen with the ability to forecast sales plans and KPI targets for all sales channels.
  • Proven experience in making commercial decisions that are right for the business, using all tools available
  • Strong awareness of local knowledge to pro-actively seek, anticipate and respond to shifting trends and new market opportunities.
  • Engaging leadership style that empowers the team
  • Proactive approach to self development as well as the development of others.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and accountability for making decisions and communicating them effectively to the team.
  • Ability to react quickly to changing situations, and delivering at pace.
