Online Orders - General Information
Our online shopping system works through a secure server. Never send your credit card details by email. In regions where UK Value Added Tax does not apply, the relevant amount will be deducted from your bill automatically. Please state if you would like your items gift wrapped in 'special instructions'. We endeavour to dispatch items in stock within 7 working days. Sale items may take longer to dispatch and are offered while stocks last only. Out of stock non-sale stoneware items will be made to order and dispatched within 35 days (5 weeks).
